Swedish - Deep Tissue - Sports Massage - Shiatsu

I deliver a strong, deep, and intuitive massage that is a unique combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Shiatsu massage techniques. It is thorough, deeply relaxing, and above all therapeutic.

My graduate degree in Exercise Physiology combined with my personal experience as a runner, athlete, and personal trainer gives me a unique perspective and deeper understanding of the human body. I strongly believe in the mind body connection and encourage my clients to see and feel that connection as well.

I have been keeping my clients healthy and active and doing what they love to do for 15 years!
